Shipping Policy
Every Amultaas order is prepared with care before it begins its journey.

1. Free Shipping
AMULTAAS currently offers free shipping on eligible orders within India.
Any exceptions, exclusions or special shipping charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment. During sales, launches, holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, adverse weather, public holidays, courier delays and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through the contact information provided at checkout.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number. AMULTAAS is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact AMULTAAS Customer Support. We will coordinate with the applicable courier partner to investigate the shipment.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. Customers are requested to remain available at the provided delivery address. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned to AMULTAAS
